Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Paws and Reflect Co. We are committed to delivering your luxury matching activewear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

All products are made-to-order specifically for you. Production times vary depending on your location:

US Orders: 2-7 business days for production
South African Orders: 5-10 business days for production

Please note: Production times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & DELIVERY

Once your order has been produced, shipping times are as follows:

For US Customers: 3-5 business days
Total Time (Production + Shipping) Approximately 5-12 business days

For South African Customers: 3-5 business days
Total Time (Production + Shipping) Approximately 8-15 business days

Important: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

US Orders: We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to provide you and your customers with the best possible shipping experience. The carrier used will be determined based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

South African Orders:
We partner with The Courier Guy / Pudo  for fast and reliable shipping nationwide in South Africa.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

US Orders: Shipping costs for US orders are calculated using live rates from our fulfillment partner. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

South African Orders: Shipping costs for South African orders using a fixed rate of R70.00 per order for orders up to 5kg. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. NEW CUSTOMER OFFER

We currently do not offer free shipping. However, we have an exclusive offer for our new customers!

This discount is designed to help offset your shipping costs. Simply sign up through the footer or pop-up on our website to receive your exclusive discount code.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Your tracking number
A tracking link to monitor your delivery

You can track your order at any time using the link provided in the email.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States and South Africa

We ship to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Paws and Reflect Co is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Please note: We do not offer international shipping outside of the US and South Africa at this time.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will:
Initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier
Once the investigation is concluded, we will replace your order if the package is confirmed lost

Please report any lost or missing packages to us as soon as possible to ensure a timely resolution.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, and TAXES 

As we only ship within the United States and South Africa, no international customs, duties, or import taxes apply to our orders.
